Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations for dispatch of gensets and related equipment.
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage documentation for dispatches, including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
Track shipments and update status to relevant teams and customers.
Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy in stock movement.
Coordinate with stores, production, and service teams to align logistics schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government transport regulations.
Optimize logistics costs while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
2–5 years of experience
in logistics or dispatch operations, preferably in
Genset / Power / Engineering
industry.
Strong knowledge of transport coordination, documentation, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
