Logistics Executive - Food Industry

As a Logistics Executive in the food industry, your role will involve strategically planning, managing, and overseeing logistics transportation and customer services. You will be responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle to ensure smooth operations. Monitoring and tracking quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency will be crucial. Meeting established targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness will be part of your key responsibilities. You will need to maintain key performance metrics and analyze data to assess performance, recommending and implementing improvements. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards will be essential. Efficiently managing and coordinating all outstation deliveries and handling inventory management will also be part of your duties. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Proven experience as a Logistics Manager. - Strong record of successful distribution and logistics management. - Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. - Proficiency in standard logistics software. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in handling local transportation vendors. - Good command of Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
