As a Logistics Executive in the food industry, your role will involve strategically planning, managing, and overseeing logistics transportation and customer services. You will be responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle to ensure smooth operations. Monitoring and tracking quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency are crucial aspects of your job. Meeting established targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness will be essential. Maintaining key performance metrics, analyzing data, and recommending/implementing improvements are also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards is a key aspect of your role. Managing and coordinating all outstation deliveries efficiently and handling inventory management will be part of your daily tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategically plan, manage, and oversee logistics transportation and customer services. - Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. - Meet established targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness. - Maintain key performance metrics and analyze data to assess performance, recommending and implementing improvements. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards. - Manage and coordinate all outstation deliveries efficiently. - Handle inventory management. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Logistics Manager. - Strong record of successful distribution and logistics management. - Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. - Proficiency in standard logistics software. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in handling local transportation vendors. - Good command of Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
