Job Description: - Logistics

• Submitting the Online booking as per the nominated buyer shipment.
• Follow up with Freight Forwarders for issuing us the Carting Orders for LCL Shipment & Container DO for FCL shipment
• Follow up with Transporter for arranging the Container
• Preparing Custom Invoice & Custom Packing list for clearance.
• Follow up with CHA till the cargo has been handed over to nominated freight forwarder
• Preparing Bank documents after receiving the original Bill of Lading
• Forwarding the Lodgment documents to bank
• Follow up the shipment with Plant till the cargo arrives the Port / Nominated CFS

Responsible for Out to Out Business with coordination marketing team and Transporter and manage Logistics arrangement & Documentation.

· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

· Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates

• Negotiate rates with carriers
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
• Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria
• Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
• Maintain customer service logs and safety records
• Exceptional On-Time Delivery Record: Achieved a consistent on-time delivery rate of 98% across multiple states and transport modes.
• Managing the customer audits and necessary compliance for smoothen the business for the company.
• Ensure compliance with all policies & Sops wherever required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,101.55 - ₹30,000.00 per month
