1.) Processing invoice for outward shipments. 2.) Managing documentation related to inward and outward shipments. 3.) Daily submission of H&F (Handling and Freight) report and dispatch report 4.) Preparation & Processing of claims. 5.) Maintaining effective communication & co-ordination among HO, Sales Team & Dispatcher. 6.) Maintain accurate stock report & verifying it regularly with dispatcher's record. 7.) Stock audit at monthly & weekly basis. 7.) Co-ordinating with dispatcher to track pending dispatches & sharing daily report. 8.) Proper filing of invoices with the documents attached.
