Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations including rider supervision, route planning, parcel coordination, and ensuring effective use of logistics software across all lab locations to achieve timely and cost-efficient sample movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily samples and report movement between centers and labs.
• Manage and guide riders, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and TAT adherence.
• Define and optimize delivery routes for better efficiency and cost control.
• Coordinate with courier partners for intercity and parcel logistics.
• Ensure all riders use the logistics software correctly; monitor dashboard performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Liaise with IT/vendor teams for logistics app support and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management.
• 3-6 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of routing, team handling, and logistics software.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
