Logistics Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry, your role will involve: - Identifying and engaging with prospective clients to promote freight forwarding and logistics services including air, sea, and land transportation. - Understanding client logistics needs and providing tailored transport and supply chain solutions. - Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners. - Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, documentation, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution. - Preparing service proposals, handling client inquiries, and assisting in rate negotiations and contract discussions. - Tracking and maintaining records of client interactions, opportunities, and service requests using internal systems or CRM tools. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business expansion. - Achieving assigned performance targets and contributing to overall business growth. Requirements: - Good Communication and interpersonal skills in English. - Ability to engage professionally with clients and present service offerings effectively. - Good organizational and time management skills with a proactive mindset. - Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is a plus. - Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
