As a Logistics and Dispatch Executive at the Pet Bottle manufacturing unit in Guwahati, Rani, your role will involve managing the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and efficient routing. You will be responsible for coordinating with different departments, tracking shipments, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for on-time delivery of goods. - Develop and optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Monitor and track shipments using logistics software and tools. - Communicate with drivers to provide updates and address any transit issues. - Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and unloading of shipments. - Maintain precise records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory levels. - Analyze transportation costs and suggest improvements. - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding logistics and dispatch. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
