Logistic Head

Role Overview: As a Logistics Head at Bigtruck, you will be responsible for the overall supply chain management to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in planning and managing logistics, optimizing the order cycle, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, resolving issues, and leading a team to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage logistics including transportation and customer services - Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle - Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers - Monitor service levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency - Resolve problems and complaints promptly - Supervise, coach, and train executives - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets - Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements - Demonstrate leadership and staff management skills - Utilize standard logistics software effectively - Apply analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Work independently and manage multiple projects effectively Qualification Required: - Proven working experience as a logistics manager - Successful track record in logistics management - Ability to lead and manage staff effectively - Proficiency in standard logistics software - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Education in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain - Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in MBA, Supply Chain Management Additional Details: Bigtruck operates in the Cargo/Freight/Transportation/Packaging/Shipping industry with 5-6 years of work experience required for this role.
