Manage end-to-end operations of biomass pellet plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety & sustainability. Oversees procurement of raw materials (biomass feedstock), production scheduling, maintenance & logistics. The candidate also support sales operations, demand planning and process improvements. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree or related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in coal logistics, operations or commercial planning. Key Responsibilities: Plan & coordinate inbound and outbound logistic activities. Manage third party logistics(3PL) providers, freight carriers , and warehouse operations. Track shipments, handle logistic issues, and ensure on time delivery. Assist in budget planning for logistics and supply chain expenses. Analyze Sales data to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment accordingly.
