Assistant Manager in Supply Chain

You will be responsible for leading the supply chain management operations at our organization. Your main objective will be to oversee the entire order cycle in order to drive business growth, ensure sustainability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Studying the retail supply chain system, analyzing current trends, and conducting predictive analysis for future outlook - Providing advisory services to micro entrepreneurs on procurement, store management, market research, and digital technology - Orienting the field team on retail businesses, assessing business viability, store operational efficiency, and profitability - Supporting the Business Development team in converting leads and prospective clients into trusted partners - Studying, planning, and implementing strategies for the digital supply chain of retail B2B and exploring opportunities for a digital supply chain platform - Piloting the digital supply chain B2B and executing new partnerships on our logistic tech platform - Coordinating with other functional verticals such as Finance and Accounts, HR and Administration, and contributing to the strategic vision of the organization You should ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management and hold an MBA from a recognized institution.
