Logistic Head

Role Overview: As a Logistic Head at Bigtruck, you will be responsible for the overall supply chain management, with the goal of managing the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in planning and managing logistics, optimizing the order cycle, maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, resolving issues, supervising staff, and analyzing performance data. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage logistics including transportation and customer services - Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle - Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers - Monitor service levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency - Resolve any problems or complaints that may arise - Supervise, coach, and train executives in the logistics team - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets - Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements - Demonstrate proven working experience as a logistics manager - Exhibit a track record of successful logistics management - Possess the ability to lead and manage staff effectively - Proficient in standard logistics software - Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain - Professional degree such as an MBA in Supply Chain Management - 5-6 years of work experience in the Cargo, Freight, Transportation, Packaging, or Shipping industry Company Details: Bigtruck is dedicated to building a great team culture with a highly collaborative approach to working.
