Job Description


 
Your Role 
  • Set up and fine-tunethresholds, alerts, and dashboards across infrastructure layers.
  • Integrate monitoring tools withITOM platforms(e.g., ServiceNow ITOM).
  • Optimize tool configurations and reduce alert noise.
  • Identify and implementautomation opportunitiesacross servers, storage, backup, databases, networks, and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure full-stack visibility.

    Your Profile 
  • 4+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, tool administration, or cloud operations.
  • Hands-on experience withLogicMonitor,Illumio, andAzure Monitor.
  • Strong understanding ofIT infrastructure(servers, storage, backup, DB, network).
  • Familiarity withITOM integrations,automation, andobservability best practices.
  • Scripting knowledge (e.g.,PowerShell,Python,Shell) for automation.
  • Experience withAzure environmentsandServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
