Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for focusing on building Asset Business and strengthening Cross Sell of Non Asset products at the Branch. Your main tasks will involve building Asset Line, managing the funnel of leads, and achieving targets on Disbursement of Asset Products. Key Responsibilities: - Conversion of LAP Business & Business Loans for Existing or Historically Avanse Customers - Generating leads using the Pre-Qualified database for the location and closure of leads - Managing the funnel of leads from conversion rate of Appointment Login, Login to Sanction & Sanction to Disbursement - Working closely with the collection team to ensure healthy portfolio quality - Maintaining DSR on a daily basis - Coordinating with the credit team on smooth sanctioning of file and with operations team for disbursement - Achieving Targets on Disbursement of Asset Products (Loans) - Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies - Ensuring Nil customer service issues and high CSAT scores Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in Asset Business and Cross Selling of Non Asset products - Strong understanding of LAP Business & Business Loans - Proven track record of achieving targets and managing leads effectively (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description) Role Overview: You will be responsible for focusing on building Asset Business and strengthening Cross Sell of Non Asset products at the Branch.
