Location Manager - IT Service, Support and Operations

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, including Cisco, Checkpoint, Dell, and PaloAlto. Your role will involve maintaining the network and security environments by adhering to and supporting IT policies and procedures. You will also recommend process changes to improve the implementation, maintenance, and support of the infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Cisco routers, firewalls, core distribution, access layer switches, remote access VPN, and wireless access controllers. - Manage Checkpoint firewalls and SDWAN infrastructure. - Manage Cisco Identity Services Engine and Proxy infrastructure. - Ensure IT security compliance by conducting internal, external, and client audits. Maintain network security and compliance on an ongoing basis. Participate in IT security audits and mitigate risk findings. - Implement ITIL change management, incident management, and capacity management processes. - Manage internal and external stakeholders as required. - Facilitate training, coaching, and mentoring of junior team members to promote their skills development. - Provide 24x7 support availability and have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field. - 15 years of related enterprise data network experience. - Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine and Proxy infrastructure services. - Experience with RADIUS and TACACS authentication services. - Experience in Network Security, managing FMC and Checkpoint firewalls. - Experience in Routing and Switching. - Experience in Remote access management (Cisco AnyConnect). - Knowledge of SDWAN and wireless access controllers. - Experience in team management. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA).
