Responsible for Incident, Change and Problem Management for VPN & supporting Infra Working with all stake holders in the identification and resolution of complex VPN problems Coordinate with vendor and monitors overall VPN performance, VPN Infra (Cisco Any Connect): Hands-on Knowledge & Understanding on VPN Gateway- Cisco Firepower 2130 (FPR2130) ISE Appliance - Cisco (SNS-3615-K9) Any Connect VPN Solution. Networking switching and routing on 9k cisco switches. & ISR Routers. VPN log analysis Conceptual Knowledge on Firewall, load balancer and RSA functionality. Palo Alto chain of security products - PA 3020 and 3220. Escalation Point on any VPN issue (Software/Hardware) from engineering/support perspective Ensure that problems and changes are properly documented, support groups notified, and issues resolved to prevent production impact. Create and maintain documentation related to ISO 27001/ISO 2000 Knowledge, Skills and abilities. Open for working in shifts aligned with US/India Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Candidate should have strong knowledge on VPN, Security and Network Good communication, and Vendor management skills Strong problem-solving ability. Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training if required) CCNP Security would be preferred

We are currently seeking a Security Specialist - Cloudflare to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN). Roles and Responsibilities: Identify, troubleshoot and fix web access and remote access issues for user and build new solution based on the requirement of client. - Provide continuous 24/7 monitoring and support for Cloudflare Tunnel and WARP connector systems. - Handle first-level incident resolution and escalate complex issues according to established protocols. - Manage incidents through ITSM tool in compliance with the client's operational policies. - Conduct periodic and emergency maintenance as required, adhering to the client's scheduling and change management procedures. - Update operational procedures and configuration documentation regularly. - Assist in diagnosing and resolving user connectivity issues to internal resources, providing initial troubleshooting and analysis. Requirements: Strong understanding of TCP, UDP, SSL protocols and ability to troubleshoot using command line tools and network packet analyzer like wireshark. 5+ years of customer-facing technical support experience for Cloudflare remote access and Secure Web Gateway (SWG). Extensive experience troubleshooting DNS and networking-related issues. Experience working in a support role where one has thrived every time you resolved a ticket. Strong communication skills that allow you to be a bridge between customers and the engineering team. Good English language skills (spoken and written) Primary Skills set : Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloudflare Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Magic WAN, Magic Firewall, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cisco firewall and routing experience.
