Location Manager-Gold Loans

Your collaboration with the Retail team - Operations, Retail Liability team, and IT is crucial for achieving this goal. Your primary focus will be on providing seamless and fulfilling customer experiences to establish IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify branches and potential locations for gold loan business based on market surveys, competition mapping with NBFCs and Banks, and the volume generated by them. - Expand the distribution channel by identifying various channels for gold loans in conjunction with branch banking. - Minimize disbursal Turnaround Time (TAT) and Closure TAT to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Maintain a Gold Loan Outstanding (GLO) productivity of a minimum of 40-50 lacs per month on new business, with 80% conversions from eligible customers. - Recruit dedicated manpower for gold loans such as gold loan officers, Territory managers, and Area Sales heads in branches to drive customer acquisition. - Grow the Assets Under Management (AUM) as per defined targets and ensure meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. - Collaborate with the Product team to offer customers best-in-class solutions for funding/multifunding requirements and appropriately incentivize key DSTs. - Ensure timely renewals of gold loan customers and prevent customer loss. - Monitor and manage valuers, ensuring timely rotation of valuers/agencies and maintaining a close relationship with them. - Provide training to gold loan officers on identifying potential fraud and fraudulent ornaments. - Achieve Cross-sell targets and Priority Sector Lending (PSL) targets for yourself and your team. - Ensure successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory frameworks across the business. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation: Any **Experience:** - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (Note: No additional details of the company are mentioned in the provided job description),
