As an HRBP for the High Voltage Business at Hitachi Energy in Savli Gujarat, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by providing HR consulting and coaching to address significant people and cultural issues. Additionally, you will align HR priorities with the organization's goals, implement HR processes, support performance management activities, and drive integrated talent initiatives. Collaboration with business leaders to identify learning requirements, commission customized programs, and evaluate learning solutions will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in talent pipeline management, succession planning, diversity, and inclusion efforts. To excel in this role, you should possess in-depth HR knowledge, a master's degree in Labor Law, HRM, or HRD, and 12 to 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. Your ability to challenge traditional solutions with new ideas, ensure smooth HR operations in changing business scenarios, retain key talent, and manage a diverse workforce will be critical. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
