Localization Vendor Manager

The ideal candidate for the position of Localization Vendor Manager will be responsible for all aspects of vendor management, including vendor onboarding, project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. To excel in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and attracting top freelancers for translation and localization roles. - Demonstrating a deep understanding of the translation and localization industry. - Managing the vendor onboarding and contracting process from initiation to completion. - Proactively planning and coordinating tasks efficiently. - Adhering to and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Forecasting and addressing project-related concerns in a timely manner. - Managing communications with various stakeholders. - Handling escalations effectively. - Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analyzing and interpreting data effectively. - Generating and sharing reports. - Drafting and distributing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) after discussions. - Serving as a partner to clients by providing innovative solutions. - Being proactive in project management and evaluating processes. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus. - Demonstrated experience in vendor management and proactive task planning. - Profound understanding of operations principles. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Possessing an analytical mindset with a talent for strategic data interpretation. - Results-driven with a history of achieving and surpassing revenue targets. - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
