As a Local SEO Specialist, your role is critical to ensuring our clients rank at the top of local search results, driving foot traffic, generating leads, and helping us maintain our 9-Star client satisfaction ratings. Your work will directly impact our reputation as India s leading real estate digital marketing agency. Key Responsibilities: Optimize Local Listings : Optimize 3 accounts every day. (Profile Optimization, NAPW 5 in a day, Bulk posting 1 client a day). Increase Search Visibility : Achieve top rankings for location-based keywords and increase local search traffic by at least 30%. Develop Targeted Strategies : Conduct competitor analysis and create custom strategies to help clients dominate local search results. Monitor and Report Performance : Deliver monthly reports to clients, demonstrating progress on KPIs such as traffic, rankings, and lead generation. Content Optimization : Work with the content team to create location-specific, SEO-friendly content that resonates with the target audience. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest Google algorithm changes and local SEO trends, applying them to client strategies. Who You Are: Experience 3+ years of hands-on experience in local SEO, preferably in real estate or a location-sensitive industry. Proven track record of improving rankings and driving traffic through local SEO strategies. Skills Expertise in tools like Google My Business, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and BrightLocal. Strong understanding of local search algorithms, keyword research, and technical SEO. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Mindset Results-driven and proactive, with a commitment to achieving measurable success. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
