Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Recovery Executive based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will be responsible for managing, following up, and facilitating the recovery of overdue loans. Day-to-day tasks include contacting clients to resolve outstanding debt issues, negotiating and collecting payments, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports on recovery progress. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying risks and providing solutions to ensure timely repayment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in data management, including maintaining records and preparing recovery reports.
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize recovery cases and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and loan recovery processes is an advantage.
• Analytical skills to assess repayment capabilities and propose viable solutions.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in debt collection, finance, or a similar role is beneficial.
