Job Description

Role Overview:

The role involves supporting loan operations and servicing functions for global corporate and institutional lending portfolios. The analyst will assist in processing and validating syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, ensuring accuracy of loan booking, funding, servicing, and reporting using systems such as AFS Vision and Fiserv Premier.

Key Responsibilities:

Support loan booking, funding, and servicing activities for institutional and commercial loans.
Review credit agreements, amendments, and notices to extract operational terms (commitment, interest rate, repayment, covenants).
Accurately set up loans and facilities in AFS Vision / Fiserv Premier, ensuring correct attributes (tenor, pricing, amortization, borrower, and lender details).
Process drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, rate resets, and fee accruals per loan documentation.
Vali agent notices and borrower instructions, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Assist in preparing loan statements, payment schedules, and periodic reconciliations.
Support exception reporting and data quality remediation for loan attributes and transactions.
Coordinate with front office, credit administration, treasury, and finance teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience:

1-4 years of experience in commercial or institutional loan operations.
Basic understanding of syndicated lending lifecycle booking, funding, servicing, repayment.
Working knowledge of AFS Vision and/or Fiserv Premier systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Exposure to U.S. or global loan servicing environments
