Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience driving microfinance business sales and achieving business deliverables. Roles and Responsibility
Drive microfinance business sales and achieve business deliverables.
Ensure onboarding of quality customers to maintain high portfolio quality.
Identify Joint liability Groups and disburse loans suitable for target customers and geographies.
Conduct CGT amongst members.
Enable business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration.
Achieve disbursement targets and desired productivity numbers.
Conduct regular centre meetings for collections with maximum attendance to maintain constant contact with customers, while maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency.
Continuously follow up with overdue customers to ensure their repayment and ensure client satisfaction is maximized with strong brand identification and recall amongst customers.
Achieve the highest First Time Right (FTR) rate.
Continuously engage in learning and development programs to upskill.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial services.
Possess strong knowledge of banking products and services.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adhere to product, process, and policies of the company.
