Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including open market, referrals, networking, and market research.  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.  Promote home loan products and their benefits to potential customers.  Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage them effectively.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.  Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.  Address client queries and concerns effectively.  Loan Application and Processing: Guide clients through the loan application process, including paperwork and document submission.  Verify client information and documents for accuracy.  Coordinate with internal teams for loan sanction and disbursement.  Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.  Market Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated on the latest trends in the mortgage industry and current lending regulations.  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.  Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of loan applications and client interactions.  Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and other relevant data.
