Job Description

Job Title: Loan Officer

Department: Bharat Super Shop (BFIL)

Location: Will be informed at the time of joining (usually within 100–150 km from home location)

Job Description:

Loan Officers are responsible for managing customer relationships, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement and recovery at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard potential customers for microfinance and small business loans.
Conduct field visits and verify customer details and business activities.
Explain loan terms, repayment process, and company policies to clients.
Ensure timely collection of loan repayments and maintain repayment records.
Maintain good customer relationships and handle queries effectively.
Support in group meetings, documentation, and loan disbursement processes.
Work closely with branch staff to achieve business and collection targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work in rural/semi-urban areas.
Honest, hardworking, and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,618.75 - ₹27,048.46 per month
