Job Title: Loan Sales Executive Location: B 6/2 First Floor, Om Vihar Ram Nagar Uttam Nagar West New Delhi - 110056 Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM Department: Lending / Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Overdraft (Drop Line OD - DOD) products. The role involves identifying potential borrowers, understanding their financial needs, and offering the right loan solutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire new customers for BL, LAP, and OD (DOD) products through field visits, references, cold calls, and partnerships. Assess financial eligibility by analyzing income documents, bank statements, and property details. Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to clients. Coordinate with internal departments (credit, legal, operations) for loan processing and disbursal. Ensure timely collection of documents and maintain compliance with all KYC and lending guidelines. Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (MBA/Finance preferred). 1–4 years of relevant experience in selling BL, LAP, or OD loans, preferably with NBFCs or banks. Good understanding of secured and unsecured lending products. Ability to understand and analyze financials of self-employed and SME clients. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle client objections. Sales-focused attitude with target orientation.
