Job Title: Personal Loan Executive (Telecaller) Job Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, educating customers about personal loan and overdraft products, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to disbursal. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers for personal loan and overdraft products Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements Handle inbound customer queries professionally and accurately Follow up with leads to ensure timely application processing Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up trackers Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Sales) for smooth loan processing Achieve daily and weekly calling targets Eligibility / Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (finance/loans preferred) Excellent communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of personal loans or overdraft products is an advantage Strong follow-up and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Benefits & PerksAttractive salary plus performance-based incentives Supportive and professional work environment Growth and career advancement opportunities Training provided on product knowledge and communication skills
