We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial QC Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of commercial loan files in the U.S. mortgage domain. The role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of U.S. commercial loan documentation, and familiarity with regulatory standards, especially for SBA loans. We are looking immediate joiners for this profile. Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of U.S. commercial mortgage loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and federal regulations. Validate key loan elements including borrower details, property information, collateral, terms, financial documents and credit memos. Ensure timely uploading of SBA (Small Business Administration) loan documents and coordinate the collection of all required signatures. Cross-check documentation against loan origination systems (LOS) and ensure all supporting documentation is consistent and in place. Identify errors or inconsistencies in loan packages. Communicate proactively with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closing teams to resolve discrepancies. Maintain logs of quality control reviews and prepare detailed reports for management.
