Senior Analyst-Credit Administration

As a Senior Analyst-Credit Administration in the Wholesale Banking Operations department, your role will involve processing approved commercial and consumer loan requests efficiently. You will be responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and arranging all loan documents, preparing loan closing packages, and updating loan data into the financial institution's computer system. Additionally, you will assist in research and analysis to develop or modify information systems. - Select appropriate Title Company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors as required. - Prepare loan documents and closing instruction letters accurately. - Transmit loan document packages to the lenders promptly. - Provide backup support for other team positions and participate willingly in all assigned duties. - Assemble and/or amend loan documents using LaserPro. - Resolve discrepancies in loan documentation. - Verify lending compliance issues and regulations. - Report HMDA information. - Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies and underwriting guidelines. - Provide administrative assistance to loan officers and staff by updating loan data and assembling documentation for customer loans. - Ensure loan files contain accurate documents with proper signatures, dates, and other relevant data. - Perform clerical duties, answer inquiries, and adhere to all bank and department personnel policies and procedures. - Graduation in any field. - Post-graduation in any field. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.,
