Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Loan Collection Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Loan Collection Manager will oversee the loan collection process, manage a team of collection agents, and develop strategies to improve collection rates. They will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing collection performance, handling escalations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan collection, debt recovery, or similar role
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and collection software systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
