Job Description

  • 1. Loan Sourcing and Sales Performance
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan sourcing and disbursement targets
  • Source loans through channel partners for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property
  • Ensure high-quality approvals and revenue generation
  • Maintain balanced performance across banks and loan products

2. Channel Partner Identification and Onboarding

  • Identify potential channel partners such as brokers, small DSA networks, and financial consultants
  • Onboard new partners and guide them on products, compliance, and documentation
  • Build strong and reliable partner network within the assigned area

3. Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing communication and support for channel partners
  • Monitor partner performance and provide coaching to improve sales and approvals
  • Act as escalation point for partner-related issues
  • Ensure partners adhere to ethical and compliant practices

4. Lead Generation and Conversion Support

  • Support partners in generating leads through referrals, open market, and corporate tie-ups
  • Assist partners in pitching suitable loan products to clients
  • Track partner leads from submission to disbursement

5. Documentation and Compliance Monitoring

  • Ensure all partner-submitted documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers) are complete and accurate
  • Verify eligibility as per bank/NBFC and DSA guidelines
  • Prevent submission of fake or non-compliant documentation
  • Monitor partner adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms

6. Follow Ups and Application Tracking

  • Track loan applications sourced by partners from login to approval and disbursement
  • Follow up with partners and clients for pending documents or clarifications
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and bank teams to resolve issues

7. Reporting and MIS

  • Collect and review partner sales and activity data
  • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS
  • Track pipeline, approvals, rejections, and disbursements

8. Field Activity and Market Coverage

  • Conduct periodic field visits to key partners
  • Identify high-potential partners and markets for expansion
  • Maintain market visibility and build trust with partners

9. Brand Representation and Ethics

  • Represent company and lender brands professionally
  • Ensure ethical sales practices and prevent mis-selling by partners
  • Maintain credibility and trust within the partner network

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
