Job Description

Looking for a skilled LMS Expert to join our team at MedJoin Global Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning Management Systems and be able to leverage their expertise to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage Learning Management Systems to support employee development and training programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure seamless integration of LMS solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of LMS initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on LMS tools and features.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Learning Management Systems to continuously improve our capabilities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an LMS expert with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
