LMS Designer and Administrator (Moodle)

As a Learning Management System Administrator and IT Support at Ignite Education Group, you will play a crucial role in the daily administration of IT and support of our Learning Management System (LMS) in Noida. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with educators to ensure a seamless learning experience for both students and instructors. Your key duties and responsibilities will encompass utilizing your system administration and learning management skills effectively. You will need to possess strong communication skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff. Experience in instructional design will be beneficial as you will be required to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will be expected to hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, or a related field. Prior experience with LMS platforms and technologies will be advantageous. Additionally, conducting training needs assessments, collaborating across departments, designing engaging learning experiences, and managing content on the LMS are integral parts of your role. To excel in this position, you should ideally have at least 1+ years of experience in an L&D, HR, or training role. Familiarity with adult learning principles, facilitating live training sessions, and managing onboarding programs will be valuable. Your excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills will be essential as you work with stakeholders across various departments.
