Role Summary

Cornerstone Administrator

GxP standards (CSV/CSA)

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Cornerstone or equivalent LMS applications to support enterprise learning needs.
• Manage periodic release cycles including regression testing, feature enablement, and issue resolution.
• Perform data migration activities from external applications into Cornerstone LMS.
• Ensure compliance with GxP (CSV/CSA) guidelines and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to deliver high-quality LMS solutions.
• Provide end-user support and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and release notes.
• Support audit and validation activities for LMS systems.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Cornerstone (LMS) Administration: 5+ years of hands-on administration and feature configuration.
• Release Management: Experience in handling periodic LMS releases and updates.
• Data Migration: Proven experience in migrating data from external applications.
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of GxP (CSV/CSA) practices.
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with Veeva LMS.
• Exposure to other LMS applications besides Cornerstone.
• Broader knowledge of CSV/CSA compliance processes.
