Litigation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Verification of court notice and documents.2)
• Preparation of note with respect to fact before registration of litigation
• Coordination with claims team and advocate for preparation of Company reply
• Drafting of written statement and detailed self contained note.
• Drafting of evidence affidavit and submissions before the court and Ombudsman
• Appearance before court or ombudsman or judicial as well as quasi-judicial authorities
• Review of litigation claim and decision with respect to the same
• Processing and decision on court and Ombudsman order
• Management of Execution petition
• Filing of appeal and drafting of submission
• Advisory on claims as well as policy relating dispute to claims team and operations team.
• Drafting of reply to the legal notice
• Drafting communication with respect to claims and policy whenever required
• Grievance advisory
