🕒 Experience: 10–14 years

🎓 Qualification: LLB from a reputed Indian law college

Are you a litigation expert with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of the legal landscape in India? We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel – Litigation to lead and manage complex disputes and regulatory matters.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end litigation and pre-litigation advisory

Liaise with regulatory authorities, enforcement agencies, and external counsels

Develop and execute litigation strategies and risk mitigation plans

Review and prepare legal documents, filings, and submissions

Monitor progress and cost-effectiveness of external legal counsel

Provide legal advice on claims, settlements, and contentious matters

Ensure legal compliance and stay updated with evolving regulations

✅ What You Bring:

LLB from a reputed Indian law institute

10–14 years of experience in litigation, preferably with in-house exposure at a multinational company

Strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and litigation processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple legal matters under deadlines
