Job Posting: Core Litigation Advocate Location: Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi Position Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) We are urgently seeking a skilled Core Litigation Advocate with a passion for delivering exceptional legal services in Business, Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Litigation . Key Responsibilities: Draft high-quality legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, written evidence, and rejoinders. Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation. Conduct thorough document vetting and legal research. Manage end-to-end litigation processes with precision and efficiency. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining outstanding performance. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, and Corporate Law. Skills: Exceptional drafting and legal research abilities. Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills. In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and business law. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi . Proactive, professional, and driven with a passion for litigation. Commitment: Ability to work full-time from our office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri. Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi are preferred for ease of commute.
