Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Litigation Associate/Assessment Intern role based in Sonipat. The role involves conducting legal research and drafting motions, assisting with depositions and court submissions, and supporting senior lawyers with court proceedings. Additional responsibilities include preparing legal documents, analyzing cases, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Candidates will work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Compensation: Up to 2.4 LPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.)

  from a recognized university.
• 0–1 year experience OR candidates who have completed all semesters and are eligible for a

  full-time assessment internship

  may also apply.
• Proficiency in

  drafting motions, pleadings, written statements, applications, replies, and other litigation documents

  .
• Familiarity with

  deposition procedures

  , evidence rules, and overall court practice.
• Experience working with

  Courts

  , including

  District Courts, Tribunals, High Courts

  , and exposure to the

  Supreme Court

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
