Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Associate located in Delhi, India. The Litigation Associate will handle court appearances, draft legal documents including motions, conduct legal research, and participate in depositions. The role requires close collaboration with clients and other legal professionals to ensure effective resolution of cases, along with maintaining a deep understanding of laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Compensation- Upto 2.4lpa

Qualifications

• Law graduate (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.)
• 0–1 year experience or Final-year law student eligible for a full-time assessment internship
• Prior experience in litigation, court appearances, or legal internships in dispute resolution is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Law and legal principles
• Experience with drafting and filing legal motions
• Research skills for analyzing legal precedents and cases
• Proficiency in conducting and managing depositions effectively
• Knowledge of court procedures and the ability to represent clients in various courts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under deadlines
• LLB or equivalent legal degree; Bar Council of India registration preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
