Linux Server Administrator

Role Overview: As a Linux Server Administrator and Manager, you will be responsible for system backups, server security, installing and configuring server & application software, creating and maintaining user accounts, and working on Virtualization Technologies. Your role will involve troubleshooting tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure, and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity. Your deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution, and update, as well as handling escalated tickets from various levels while ensuring adherence to customer SLAs.
