Job Description

Role Overview: Join NTT DATA as a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) to contribute significantly to maintaining clients" IT infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. By collaborating with various teams, you will provide second-level support, manage work queues, and ensure efficient problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage work queues, address incidents, and requests within SLAs, and update tickets with actions taken. - Proactively identify, analyze, and log issues to prevent escalations and maintain service quality. - Collaborate with teams and clients for seamless communication and problem resolution. - Execute changes meticulously, contribute to change management with detailed documentation, and audit incident tickets for quality. - Handle client escalations professionally, assist in disaster recovery functions, and support automation efforts for enhanced efficiency. - Contribute to projects, ensure approved changes, and maintain a positive outlook in high-pressure situations. Qualifications Required: - Moderate-level experience in managed services roles dealing with cross-technology infrastructure. - Familiarity with ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow, and knowledge of ITIL processes. - Proficiency in planning activities, working with vendors and third parties, and adapting to changing circumstances. - Effective communication skills across different cultures and social groups, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to client-centric interactions. - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
