Role:- LinkedIn / Social Media Marketing & Content Planning Specialist

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage company and showcase pages, ensuring consistent and professional representation.
Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and marketing goals.
Write and optimize posts, carousels, and articles for maximum engagement and reach.
Support paid LinkedIn campaigns (sponsored posts, InMail, lead gen forms) and track performance.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant industry conversations.
Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and prepare reports on engagement and reach.
Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams to ensure creative alignment.
Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
Repurpose event highlights, webinars, and blogs into social media content.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn algorithm
, content trends, and engagement strategies.
Excellent copywriting skills with a B2B tone and professional storytelling ability.
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
and other scheduling tools.
Knowledge of
Canva / Adobe tools
for content creation.
Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or native LinkedIn Insights.
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
