About the Role

LinkedIn Personal Branding Specialist

Your role is to create high-quality posts, thought leadership content, and consistent storytelling that strengthens the founder’s voice and the company’s brand positioning.

✨ Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Content Creation

• Write strong, high-engagement posts for the

  Founder’s LinkedIn

  (leadership, entrepreneurship, spirituality x business, hiring updates, founder insights).
• Create posts for the

  Divine Hindu Company Page

  (product launches, culture, milestones, achievements, category insights).
• Convert raw ideas/voice notes from the founder into polished LinkedIn-ready content.

2. Monthly Content Planning

• Build a weekly + monthly content calendar for both pages.
• Research trends, hooks, viral formats, and industry topics.

3. Profile Growth & Engagement

• Grow followers, impressions, and engagement organically.
• Engage thoughtfully in comments, relevant posts, and industry threads.
• Optimize posts for maximum LinkedIn visibility.

4. Brand Positioning

• Maintain a consistent founder voice: sharp, strategic, culturally rooted.
• Maintain a premium & trustworthy tone for Divine Hindu as a brand.
• Ensure both pages reflect credibility, leadership, and strong storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in LinkedIn content writing / personal branding.
• Excellent English writing & storytelling.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms + viral post structures.
• Ability to convert ideas & thoughts into high-impact content.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience managing founder/CXO pages.
• Understanding of D2C, marketing, leadership content, or spiritual lifestyle content.
• Ability to analyze LinkedIn analytics & improve content strategy.
