Were hiring a LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement Specialist a proactive communicator who understands content, engagement, and analytics. This role sits at the junction of social media marketing and B2B lead generation, focusing on building thought leadership, engaging audiences, and generating inbound leads through smart, data-driven LinkedIn activities.
Manage and optimize personal and company LinkedIn profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.
Execute outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and structured connection funnels.
Analyze content performance, audience engagement, and growth metrics to refine strategy.
Create engagement-driven post plans (polls, carousels, comments, replies, DMs).
Assist in crafting newsletters, follower campaigns, and ABM-based LinkedIn activities.
Work with content and sales teams to align outreach efforts with lead objectives.
Track and report analytics, insights, and engagement patterns weekly. Requirements
2–3 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, outreach, or B2B engagement.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SSI score improvement, and LinkedIn analytics.
Strong English communication and understanding of tone, voice, and content flow.
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and audience segmentation.
Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from social analytics.
Experience working with international audiences or B2B agencies preferred.
