This is an individual contributor role where the individual will collaborate closely with Marketing and identified executives. Role & Responsibilities Managing and executing LinkedIn outreach programs across multiple executive profiles Partnering with executives and thought leaders to define target audiences, identify potential leads or strategic connections, align on key messaging and ensure outreach reflects each leader's authentic voice. Developing and implementing personalized outreach strategies to engage target audiences and convert engagement into commercial opportunities. Publish Marketing-approved content on thought leaders' LinkedIn profiles. Collaborating with Marketing to align on outreach messaging, thought leadership content and reporting. Lead Management & Follow-up: Coordinate with thought leaders and relevant teams to ensure qualified leads from outreach are handed over smoothly and tracked. Tracking, analyzing and reporting on outreach effectiveness (e.g., meetings booked, engagement rates, conversion to opportunity) to demonstrate ROI. Continuously optimizing outreach approaches based on data insights and platform best practices. Maintaining consistent, professional and authentic executive engagement on LinkedIn in line with brand and compliance standards. Ensure LinkedIn outreach data is captured in the CRM (HubSpot) for visibility and performance tracking. Requirements Proven or prior experience managing LinkedIn outreach or social selling programs, preferably for executives or senior leaders Strong understanding and hands-on experience of using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong command of the English language Experience in creating personalized outreach messaging and engaging high-value prospects Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate or partner with senior executives to understand their expertise and capture their voice as well as thought leadership style Experience with HubSpot preferred for lead entry and tracking Attention to detail and discretion as this role requires the handling of sensitive communications and executive profiles.
