Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Content Strategist who knows how to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in scaling visibility and engagement for LinkedIn pages and profiles, and possess a strong understanding of what types of content perform best on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our LinkedIn presence.

- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to our audience.

- Monitor and analyze page/profile performance to optimize engagement and visibility.

- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant.

- Collaborate with our team to align content with our overall brand strategy and messaging.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in managing and growing LinkedIn pages/profiles.

- Exceptional content writing skills with a strong portfolio of LinkedIn posts/articles.

- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's content algorithms and engagement strategies.

- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
