As a Line Supervisor, you will oversee daily production line operations, manage workers, and ensure smooth workflow, safety, and quality.

ラインスーパーバイザーとして、生産ラインの日常業務を監督し、作業員を管理し、円滑な作業進行・安全性・品質を確保します。

• Supervise production line workers and assign daily tasks
• 生産ライン作業員の監督と日々の業務割り当て
• Monitor line performance, output, and quality standards
• ラインのパフォーマンス、生産量、品質基準の監視
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures
• 安全規則・手順の遵守を徹底
• Support training and development of line workers
• ライン作業員の教育・育成支援
• Report operational issues and propose improvements
• 業務上の課題を報告し、改善策を提案

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or supervisory roles
• 製造業、生産業務、監督職での経験2年以上
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 優れたリーダーシップ・コミュニケーション能力
• Knowledge of production processes and safety practices
• 生産プロセスや安全管理に関する知識
• Business-level Japanese, English is a plus
• ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語力があれば尚可

• Experience with lean manufacturing or Kaizen practices
• リーン生産方式やカイゼンの経験
• Familiarity with production management or ERP systems
• 生産管理・ERPシステムの知識
• Experience in multicultural or international environments
