Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Leader at PADGET ELECTRONICS Private Limited (DIXON) located in Delhi, India. The Line Leader will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, ensuring efficient production processes. The role involves maintaining quality standards, monitoring workflow, managing resources, and ensuring the adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Experience in production supervision, workflow management, and quality control Strong leadership and team coordination skills Ability to implement and monitor safety regulations and standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using production management software and tools Relevant experience in the electrical/electronics manufacturing industry is preferred Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical, electronics, or a related field Show more Show less
