Roles and Responsibilities

Manage concierge services for high-end clients, ensuring seamless execution of their requests.
Handle guest handling with utmost care and attention to detail, providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (front office, housekeeping).
B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle luxury guests effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
