Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Life Insurance Agent. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling life insurance and related services to clients, evaluating client needs to recommend appropriate insurance plans, and assisting customers with policy selection. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and regular follow-ups, and achieving sales targets are key aspects of the role. The Life Insurance Agent will also remain updated on financial and insurance products to meet client objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively market and sell life insurance products.
• Knowledge in Finance to assess clients' financial needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Expertise in Customer Service to maintain positive client relationships and address client inquiries with professionalism.
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts and principles, including product knowledge and industry regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently while meeting on-site role requirements in Vadodara.
